I received outstanding service from knowledgeable staff. Any questions I had were responded to super fast. The watch I purchased was sent out right away and showed up the next day. It was securely packed and came in excellent condition. I'm thrilled with the level of service from Gladstones and will definitely be keen to shop with them again.

Seriously, steer clear of Royal Mail when they're on strike! I couldn't get my stuff after Christmas.

I just gotta say, the service you offer is top-notch! From beginning to end, you folks have been amazing. I placed an order online for a wedding band, and though it got held up a bit because of a supply hiccup, you got back to me super quick via email and let us know when it would ship out.

We also needed a smaller size to compare, and you were more than willing to wait until we tried both on, giving us the option for a refund or exchange... and I only sent the other size back to you yesterday, yet you've already processed the refund to my account!

I bought my ring through PayPal and right after, I got three scam emails pretending to be PayPal invoices for Bitcoin purchases (which I’ve never bought, by the way). I sent those phishing emails over to PayPal. I hadn’t seen such emails before or after that, and while the transaction felt secure, I’m still not sure my info is safe with Gladstones! They didn’t have the ring in stock when I asked, so I had to wait for them to get it and ship it out. It took about a week to arrive, but the staff were friendly and quick to respond. I’d prefer to know upfront if they’re selling something they don’t actually have, so I can decide if I want to buy it or not; that was a bit annoying. The ring was 8mm wide and didn’t fit in the box they sent it in, which I thought was a bit of a letdown. However, the ring itself was just as described, fit perfectly, and is absolutely beautiful.
